A team orientated investment firm with strong values
Netley Capital is a private investment firm focused on acquiring interests in secondary private equity funds, providing existing investors in those funds with liquidity. We call this ‘tertiary’ investing. Netley is dedicated to tertiary investing, at scale. We have the expertise to provide tertiary liquidity solutions to our counterparties on accelerated timetables and with absolute transaction certainty.
Teamwork, innovation and integrity are at the heart of everything we do, driving both our investment decisions and our company culture. We believe in creating a professional, inclusive, and rewarding environment where every team member is empowered to excel and enjoy their work.
By investing in secondary fund interests, we are building a very well diversified portfolio, across sector, geography, strategy and vintage. As secondary funds are already highly diversified by manager and underlying portfolio companies, our tertiary positions compound that diversification, creating an exceptionally robust investment profile.
We invest on a global basis, with a preference for mid and large cap underlying PE buyout exposures and a particular focus on the US and European markets. Our investors include large institutions and significant family offices.
Netley Capital is an ambitious place to work. Our teams aim to achieve the best results in our industry for our investors, operating within a high-performance culture. We work with some of the best people in private equity and we always strive to outperform our targets.
An entrepreneurial culture forms a key part of the ‘Netley way’. Netley’s co-founders have decades of private markets experience and started the business because they identified a clear market opportunity to deliver strong returns for investors.
Collective decision‑making is considered superior to individual decisions. Private markets investing is a collaborative exercise: teams generate better results than individuals.
We are professional, respectful and kind to others at all times. Netley is an inclusive firm where all opinions and backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged.
